Receptionist / Job Scheduler
Heat Haus is an established brand providing Plumbing and Heating services in the Newark, Mansfield, Grantham & Lincoln areas. Working for Heat Haus as part of a motivated team you will be supporting our service.
The Role: Ultimately you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and pro-actively booking engineer visits while ensuring that customers are aware of our products and services.
Hours and Environment: This isa part time role reporting into the Office Manager, working from Monday to Friday, ideally starting at 0800Hrs, working a 30 hours week. There is however some flexibility around this to suit you. The company is a small team and flexibility is key to ensure we deliver the best customer experience possible.
Requirements: A person of reliability, punctuality and integrity, you will have good written skills, be comfortable working with numbers and have had office experience, above all you will be a good communicator.
